Requirements for First-time Admission:
If you or someone you know is interested in applying, please submit the appropriate completed Registration Form to email@example.com.
We will follow-up with you shortly thereafter to schedule a family and student interview. If you would like to learn more about the school, feel free to contact the school to schedule a campus tour.
Complete the Application Form
Application Forms can be downloaded on this page or picked up in the Front Office. The required documents include immunization records, school records, a passport photo and a copy of the student’s current passport.
Schedule a Placement Test
All MS (Moyenne Section -12th grade* students are required to sit for a diagnostic placement tests in math and reading. These tests help us to determine how best to meet the academic needs of each student. Additional documentation may be requested to support your child's application.
*Mini-Section and Petite Section students may enroll on a first-come, first-served basis.
Important Note: Each applicant's past year's academic record, immunization record, copy of birth certificate or passport, and 4 photos must be presented on or before testing day.
Students entering Grades K-12 will also meet with their respective Vice-Principal to discuss past academic and spiritual experiences and to orientate candidate on academic. spiritual, and behavioral expectations at IQRABA.
Parents/guardians of Pre-School children may be interviewed to discuss test results or observed behavior.
Receive a Letter of Admission
If all of the necessary requirements are met, families should expect to receive a Letter of Admission within a few days. Students will be assigned to a grade level based on their age, placement test scores, and past school records.
Enroll in Classes
Pre-K3 through 11th grade students are assigned to a specific grade level. A schedule of classes will be presented in the Welcome Packet.
Summer School - Accepted students who need additional support in Math, English, or French will be recommended for this program. This session will introduce students to how their academic and spiritual life will be as an IQRABA student.
Students joining IQRABA from another school system in Grades 3-11 will attend a three day "Succeeding at IQRABA" workshop in early September.
